Nourish Counseling

Because you have to Nourish to Flourish

“Water your own heart, mind, and soul daily; so that you can do, be, and give, from a more nourished and much fuller place.“

-Lalah Delia

“For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, its insides come out and everything changes. To someone who doesn’t understand growth, it would look like complete destruction.”

-Cynthia Occelli

I am a clinical social worker who focuses on mental health for all. With evidence-based therapy for minds that won’t slow down, my focus is on adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ocd, and relationships.

  • Anxiety can make everyday life feel exhausting—racing thoughts, constant tension, and a sense that something is always about to go wrong. Therapy can help you understand your anxiety, respond differently to it, and build tools to feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

  • OCD is more than excessive worry—it’s a cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors that can feel impossible to escape. With specialized, evidence-based treatment, you can learn to respond differently to OCD and regain time, freedom, and trust in yourself.

  • Building meaningful relationships starts with understanding—of yourself and others. In therapy, we explore patterns of connection, communication, and boundaries, helping you develop relationships that feel safer, more authentic, and more fulfilling over time.

Healing doesn’t mean erasing the past - it means changing how it lives with you.

A cozy home office with a light wooden desk, a beige upholstered chair, a table lamp, a small potted plant, a decorative gold sphere, a laptop, and a white basket with a blanket. There's a wall shelf with framed pictures, books, and decorative objects. Natural light filters through white curtains beside a large window with blinds, and a tall potted plant is on the right.
