Everyone has experienced anxiety at one point in their life or another, but what is anxiety?
This educational presentation explains what anxiety and panic are, including common signs, symptoms, and how they affect the body and mind. It helps viewers understand the difference between everyday stress and anxiety disorders, and what happens during a panic attack. The presentation also shares practical coping strategies such as deep breathing, grounding techniques, positive self-talk, healthy lifestyle habits, and when to seek professional help. It is designed to increase awareness, reduce stigma, and provide simple tools to manage anxiety in daily life.
Hosted Wednesdays from 1pm-2pm. This course is NOT a substitution for individual therapy services.

In this 8-week, 90-minute course I teach concepts based on the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy model to help individuals recover from feeling burnout, exhaustion, and overall defeat specifically in their occupations.
I’m referring to mental health workers, social workers, nurses or doctors, government officials, celebrities, the list goes on!
The purpose of this course is to restore nervous system regulation, build boundaries, increase resilience, and prevent relapse into burnout cycles.

Total cost of this course is $800 (or thought as $100 per week). This is an educational, skills-based course only. This course is also NOT replacement or a substitution for individual therapy services. We meet Wednesday’s from 11am - 12:30pm.

Therapy Without Therapy is for individuals who are on a waitlist for therapy services and need additional skills, tools, and resources to sustain them until they are admitted into therapy. During this 4-week, 90-minute course we will go over skills used in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. This course is not tailored to any specific diagnosis, because the tools taught can be beneficial across all disorders. This is an educational course only.
